I knew I wanted to make our New Years program a holistic one - often focusing on losing weight or overexercise can lead to disordered eating and goals that aren’t sustainable - or even healthy! I teamed up with the best of the best to bring our members an incredible program for free! Yep, all members get the base program for no additional cost.
Meet Rachael, your CNTP.
Hi I’m Rachael! I wrote all of the nutrition and lifestyle content in this program for you! This 21 day self-guided program might be different from other “challenges” you have done in the past, but we think that is a great thing! This isn’t just a list of what to eat and what not to eat.
The nutrition guide will empower you by explaining the basics of nutrition, how to eat the absolute healthiest you can based on your lifestyle and budget so you have energy and feel amazing, leaving you with knowledge to set you up for long-term health.
We don’t promote diet culture, but we do understand that the food we eat impacts how we feel, our mental health, and how our bodies function. Nutrition is one of the most important ways we can improve or degrade our health so our focus is to set you up with knowledge to help you get to a place of intuitive eating while still helping you reach your personal goals!
The guide also includes tips for meal prepping and grocery shopping, a list of healthier pantry staples, lifestyle edits to get the most out of your reset, and resources for tracking the changes to see what works for you and what doesn’t!
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference. Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.
