October is National Disability Awareness Month and the facts remain unchanged: while 90% of companies have. a strategy or plan fro diversity only 4% of those include disabled people.

When this is combined with the unchecked systemic ableism and implicit bias of ableism that runs rampant throughout our communities it is no wonder that there is a human and civil rights crisis for disabled people.

In 2022 I am on a mission to education 1 million people about ableism and I’m over half way there. Below are opportunities that you as an individual or your whole team can participate in.
